Townsend's Chipmunk

Found this chipmunk on the way to Tamolitch Pool
when traveling west from Koosah/Sahalie Falls.
I was sitting on a log taking a break when it walked
up an adjacent log. He remained completely still while
I snapped its picture.

Habitat: coniferous forests
