Whispering Falls on Misery Creek is southeast of Salem.
GPS N44º 41.216', W122º 0.50', Elevation above sea level 1850 ft.
Directions:

  1. On I-5 take Salem exit 253 (Hwy 22) and head east
  2. Between milepost 58 and 59 turn into Whispering Falls Campground
  3. Waterfall is visible on the other side of the river from campground slot #8
Running water and flush toilet available near entry of campsite.
$12 fee for use of campsites.
