Lower Moose Creek Falls is east of Sweethome.
GPS N44º 30.938', W122º 27.63', Elevation above sea level 1000 ft.
Directions:

From I-5 exit onto Hwy 20 and head east towards Lebanon
At milepost 33 east of Sweethome turn left onto Green Peter Dam/
Quartzville Road (reset your trip odometer)
After 15 miles on Quartzville Road park on the right (south) side of the road before a bridge
Moose Creek's waterfall can be seen down the rocky embankment

Site on the south side of the road has a small pit for cooking.
Rest area past the bridge on the north side of Quartzville Road.

Found the scene below a half mile back and looking across Green Peter Lake.

There are picnic and camping areas along Quartzville Road and HWY20.
