Lwr Cedar Creek Falls is east of Roseburg
GPS N43º 12.87', W122º 46.574' Elevation 2160 ft.
Directions:

  1. On I-5 take Roseburg exit 124.
  2. Follow all signs mentioning Hwy 138 East, Diamond Lake, or Glide
(stay in left lanes after exit - left turn onto SE Stephens)
  3. Near milepost 16 (before Glide) turn right onto Little River Road
  4. Reset your trip odometer at this point
  5. After counting up 22.8 miles look for a widespot on the left near some trees -
Lower Cedar Creek Falls is right next to the road on the left
Local fauna:
California Tortoiseshell & Tiger Swallowtail Butterflies; Mule Deer

Above this waterfall is Cedar Creek Falls. There is quite a bit of rockfall
on the road to the upper fall. If using a car it might get hit - if hiking you
might get hit. In addition, the area around the culvert just below the upper fall
is heavily eroded - making car travel iffy. I don't recommend trying the upper fall.
