Cascade Falls is east of Sweethome.
Yes, this is the second waterfall named Cascade Falls.
The first one is 17 miles SSW (as the crow flies).
GPS N44º 32.74', W122º 25.769', Elevation above sea level 1100 ft.
Directions:

From I-5 exit onto Hwy 20 and head east towards Lebanon
At milepost 33 east of Sweethome turn left onto Green Peter Dam/
Quartzville Road (reset your trip odometer)
After 17.8 miles on Quartzville Road park on the right (south) side of the road
near a sign for "Dogwood Recreation Site"
West of the sign find a rock staircase that leads down to the creek.
Waterfall is a short distance downstream and on the other side of the creek.

Waterfall is easily seen in Autumn from the road - just before
the sign - due to fewer leaves blocking the view.
Rest area near milepost 15 on Quartzville Road.
There are picnic and camping areas along Quartzville Road and HWY20.
