Blaine Falls is south of Tillamook.
Roadside GPS N45º 16.242', W123º 42.318', Elevation above sea level 280 ft.
Blaine Falls GPS N45º 15.833', W123º 41.473', Elevation above sea level 340 ft.
Directions:

1. On Hwy 101 south of Tillamook enter the town of Beaver.
2. Near milepost 80 turn onto the road signed as "Upper Nestucca River Recreation Area" and "Blaine".
   Note the mileposts on this road as you travel.
3. After 6.7 miles you'll reach the town of Blaine. Where the road branches
   note the sign stating "Carlton". Head straight towards Carlton.
4. After 7.3 miles there will be a wide spot to the left where a seasonal stream falls
   
5. 1.3 miles further - on the way to do some fishing in Nestucca River - Blaine Falls can be seen
   to the right across the river - and flowing into it. There is no direct viewpoint to stop nearby.
